    These Goji Berries are delicious. They taste great on their own as a snack or added to a trail mix. They also make great Gji Berry tea, hot or cold, and a delicious Goji Berry Lemonade. Just start by steeping the berries in hot water, then strain or leave them in, to make tea. To make lemonade, juice a few lemons into the tea and add a dollop of raw honey and ice.

Pinch off pieces of dough size of a walnut. Roll into a ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake. When cool frost with frosting made with powdered sugar and water.This recipe has been handed down for 3 generations.
