At Morning Pep we are proud to bring you this Ingredients: 100% Pure Birch Xylitol 100% sugar free natural sweetener. Xylitol has been a very convenient sugar substitute for many years now, since it looks & tastes like real sugar. It is ideal for coffee, tea, cereal baking, or any other use.

This 100% Birch Xylitol is proudly produced in the United States, unlike most Xylitols which are now being produced in various Asian countries. It is made of quality hardwood birch trees, and is absolutely pesticides free.

Above all, it is great tasting and safe for diabetics.

This is a terrific rcpeie! I found it quite tasty and filling as well. My hubby really liked it too. Always nice to make something we both like. Someone asked about bread pan vs pie pan, as the rcpeie states bread paid but the photo looks like a pie pan was used. I suspect this was basically an editing error. I used a pie pan and found it the perfect depth and cooked all the way through in the middle. Also I discovered I didn’t have enough butter so I used coconut oil in the batter and butter for the streusel. I think it added to the flavor. Dr. D, would you say that coconut oil and butter are interchangeable in this rcpeie? Thanks again for such a stellar rcpeie. It’s nice to get back in the kitchen and bake up a tasty and fragrant treat on a rainy afternoon!

LOVE IT!So true, i often read Paleo or Coeliac or Raw or Diabetic things and adapt those to me. There is even the BodyTrim diet, which is just a low carb/low fat.I think pelope need to find what works for them, what makes them feel best and go with that. I don’t follow Atkins, or SouthBeach or Paleo strictly but i do restrict my carbs and that can’t be a bad thing doing what is best for your body is always a good thing.I love that everyone has their way of doing stuff
