3 Ingredient Brown Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 tablespoon salted butter cold
  •  cup brown sugar packed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Process the ingredients in a food processor until a dough begins to form.
  • Dump out onto the parchment-covered pan. Press the dough together, using your fingers, into approximately a 9" by 9" square***. Cut into rectangles using a pizza cutter.
  • Gently spread out the cookies so there is room between them.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Notes

*** you want the dough to be ½ inch thick. The exact size of the pressed-out dough matters less than the thickness. You can also cut this with cookie cutters, into triangles, diamonds, or any other shape of your choice.
