Ingredients
- 1.25 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 tablespoon salted butter cold
- ⅓ cup brown sugar packed
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Process the ingredients in a food processor until a dough begins to form.

Dump out onto the parchment-covered pan. Press the dough together, using your fingers, into approximately a 9" by 9" square***. Cut into rectangles using a pizza cutter.

Gently spread out the cookies so there is room between them.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
*** you want the dough to be ½ inch thick. The exact size of the pressed-out dough matters less than the thickness. You can also cut this with cookie cutters, into triangles, diamonds, or any other shape of your choice.
