- 1 cup Apples peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1/2 teaspoon of monk fruit extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- A few Ice cubes

Peeling and chopping - Start with peeling the apples. It is completely optional, but my son likes his smoothie smooth and hence I always peel the apples. Core them and chop them into chunks.1 cup Apples

Blend - Add the chopped apples, sugar, milk, ice cubes, and cinnamon powder into a high-speed blender jar and grind until smooth. Pour and sip - Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with more cinnamon powder and sip away!
