Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/8 tsp of Morning Pep's Monk Fruit Extract
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/4 frozen or fresh fruit
  • 1 dash of cinnamon

Instructions:

  • Add the oats, milk, monk fruit extract, and vanilla extract
  • Stir to combine
  • Later, stir in the yogurt
  • add toppings like fruit and cinnamon
